Creator Promotion Agreement

Between: Tamil Bible with AI ("Company") and the Creator ("You")

Effective Date: Upon digital acceptance

Version: 1.0

1. Scope of Work

You agree to promote the "Tamil Bible with AI" mobile application through your personal social media channels, website, or other digital platforms using the unique UTM-tracked links provided by the Company.

2. Compensation

  1. You will be paid ₹100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred) for every 1,000 verified downloads of the application made through your unique UTM links.
  2. Downloads are tracked via Google Play Console UTM acquisition data.
  3. Only organic, genuine downloads count. Incentivized or fraudulent installs will not be counted.

3. Payment Terms

  1. Payments are processed on a monthly basis.
  2. Minimum payout threshold is ₹500. Earnings below this amount roll over to the next month.
  3. Payments are made via UPI transfer to the UPI ID registered in your profile.
  4. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) of 10% will apply if your annual earnings exceed ₹30,000.

4. Prohibited Activities

  1. You shall NOT use incentivized downloads (rewards, giveaways contingent on downloading).
  2. You shall NOT use bots, click farms, or any artificial means to inflate download numbers.
  3. You shall NOT make false, misleading, or derogatory claims about the application.
  4. You shall NOT spam users with promotional content.

5. Fraud & Suspension Policy

Any suspicious activity, including sudden unexplained spikes in downloads, will trigger a review. The Company reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold payments pending investigation. Confirmed fraud will result in permanent termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

You may use the app's name, logo, and screenshots solely for promotional purposes. You do not acquire any ownership rights over the application or its assets.

7. Confidentiality

Payment rates and terms of this agreement are confidential and shall not be shared publicly or with other creators.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days' written notice. Upon termination, pending verified earnings will be paid within 30 days. The Company may terminate immediately in case of agreement violations.

9. Duration

This agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance and renews automatically unless terminated by either party.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
